About me
I am a registered social worker who brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through complex and transformative life transitions. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and am also a Registered Midwife, having graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University’s Midwifery Education Program in 2014. I practiced full-scope midwifery in downtown Toronto for nearly a decade, working with diverse families, including those navigating perinatal mood disorders, grief and loss, and medical trauma.
I am passionate about reproductive justice, racial justice, sex positivity, queer parenting, spirituality, and helping clients maintain a strong sense of self through identity and relationship changes. My interests are informed by my lived experience of surviving the isolation of postpartum depression and anxiety, and as a healthcare professional who noticed the severe impacts of burnout on my colleagues. As a parent to a neurodivergent child, I bring a lived understanding of navigating parenthood with complexity and care.
Whether you are navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, relationship transitions, or simply seeking a space to reconnect with yourself, I am honoured to walk alongside you with care, integrity, and an attuned heart.
